Our journey began in 1419 AH (1998 AD) under the name Ali Mubarak Al-Qurqah Contracting Establishment, where we made our mark in the field of general contracting and vital infrastructure projects. Over the span of more than two decades, we executed numerous projects that contributed to the development momentum across various regions of the Kingdom.
Today, we continue our path with a fresh identity and a more comprehensive strategic direction under the name Dyar Al-Fursan for Real Estate Development, built upon a rich legacy, accumulated expertise, and an enduring passion for delivering modern and sustainable real estate projects.
